MAD (Melanoma Awareness Day) March
The Melanoma Awareness Foundation (MAF) is dedicated to the increased protection and preservation of you and your family&8217s skin. The Melanoma Awareness Foundation is committed to raising awareness and education to the public about Melanoma Skin Cancer. The Foundation&8217s aim is to save lives through education and early detection.
MAF has made it as easy as possible for you to support our efforts to fundraise in this March for Awareness and Remembrance of loved ones who have been affected by this insidious disease. MAF has partnered with Everyday Hero to provide you with an online fundraising webpage for each individual participant

TO REGISTER CLICK ON &8220REGISTER NOW&8221 on top of the Everyday Hero page AND FOLLOW THE PROMPTS.
- Individual $10 - Family of 2adult & 2 children $20 ($10 each thereafter) - Team give your team a name $10 per member
For the first 1000 Entrants you will receive a wristband, and on completion of the walk a MAD water bottle and bag.
Special prizes are up for grabs for leading Fundraisers - Highest Fundraiser Student 17 & under - Highest Fundraiser Male 18 & over - Highest Fundraiser Female 18 & over - Highest Fundraising Team/Group.

Melanoma Awareness Foundation MAD March
01 Mar 2009
The day will start from 7am for last minute Registration and finishing at 12noon. The walk will commence at 8am from the Suncorp Piazza, down & over The Goodwill Bridge to markers and back again (approx 3kms) to the Piazza for light entertainment and refreshments. MAD March will then be an annual Event on the first Sunday of March. We look forward to you being a part of such a truly important and memorable event. Working in conjunction with Cancer Council Queensland, funds raised will go towards their SunSmart education and awareness programs.
